EXPERIENCE LONGEVITY & HEALTH

Muscle is the organ of longevity - strong muscles mean a stronger, longer life.
As people began to focus more on longevity and quality of life rather than short-term fitness goals, strength training is becoming more recognized as the key to maintaining functional fitness - the ability to perform daily tasks with strength, balance, and flexibility. If we're interested in aging well, muscle building is a priority, especially as research continues to highlight that strength training can prevent chronic conditions like osteoporosis and sarcopenia in older adults.
"The higher your healthy muscle mass, the greater your protection against all-cause mortality and morbidity.'' -Dr. Gabrielle Lyon
"In its simplest form, strength means utilizing muscle to generate force. And if you are interested in living a long and healthy life and playing with your great-grandkids someday, then muscle mass should be a priority. Never in the history of human civilization has a 90-year-old said, 'I wish I had less muscle'." -Peter Attia, MD
"You may be surprised to learn that muscle quality and quantity are incredibly important for your overall health and well being. Quality muscle is essential for the vitality of nearly every cell, organ, or organ system in your entire body." -Dr. Andy Galpin

OUR CLIENT'S
STORIES
" I had recently resigned myself to not having the strength and ability I once had...
I didn't want to spend a ton of time in a gym and I didn't want to make exercise my hobby - the things that I believed it took to be strong and fit. I am so so very happy to be getting what Janaya offers - full body strength training that feels safe and more effective than anything I have done in such a short time. On top of that I feel like I am getting world class coaching. Janaya's coaching during training always speaks directly into an area of my life that I am working on, it challenges me, and calls out the best part of me.”
FARRAH C.

"Janaya does an amazing job of training while understanding...
how you're feeling both mentally and physically will have an impact on how well you are able to train. I have been training with her for 7 years and feel strong and more mentally fit than I would be without her weekly support!”
PATTI J.

"Speaking as a physician,
Janaya has an excellent command of physiology and biomechanics. During each session, she maintains laser focus on tailoring the workout to achieve the individual's desired results. More than that, though, she is an authentic, compassionate individual who truly cares for her clients.”
